• Start Registry Editor.
• Locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
• On the Edit menu, click New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value.
• Add the following registry value: BypassSSLNoCacheCheck
• On the Edit menu, click Edit -> Modify and enter a value of 1
• Quit the Registry Editor
